You are on a real list. Guardian Assist the webapp is still a prototype. This page is the short version.

TL;DR

  1. Confirm your email, then set a password on Profile if asked.
  2. Join the subgroups you want. Operators create them; you opt in on Profile.
  3. Mail is To: you only. Reply goes to gwg@guardianassist.org, not a private operator inbox.
  4. Do not write case numbers, ward names, or medical details.
  5. Leave one subgroup or the whole list from the footer of any list message.
  6. Optional bio and copyable signatures live on Profile. There is no member directory — share the link if you want others to see you.

Who can write

Operators can mail everyone. Other members post only after an operator grants send access (everyone and/or specific tags). A Reply from someone without that grant is not relayed.
