Who owns this
Guardian Assist, LLC is the intended Arizona limited liability company that will own and operate Guardian Assist and the Guardian Working Group. Until formation documents are filed, original copyrights and other rights in these materials vest in the site operator and are held for assignment to that company.
No license is granted to copy, scrape, republish, train models on, or create derivative works from Guardian Assist original materials except as the Terms of Use allow or as required by law.
Names and marks
“Guardian Assist,” “Guardian Working Group,” the G-shield / wordmarks, and related logos are names and marks of the operator. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, court adoption, or affiliation without written permission.
Court and third-party materials
Arizona and Maricopa County court forms, instructions, statutes, and similar materials remain the property of the issuing court or public body. Those materials are copyrighted by the courts where they say so. Guardian Assist does not claim copyright in court forms and does not grant rights in them.
Other third-party names (hospitals, agencies, vendors) are used for identification only.
Feedback you send
Bugs, ideas, Working Group notes, and contact messages may be used to operate and improve the product. You keep ownership of your own words; you grant the operator a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for that purpose. Do not send confidential case, ward, or medical details through public forms.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, write to us via the Contact page and include: your contact information, the work claimed, the URL of the material, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized agent. We will review good-faith notices.
