The Guardian Assist software is not a court-adopted system and is not legally authoritative. For demonstration and feedback only — do not rely on it for filings, verification, or care decisions.

Arizona agency landscape

This is a knowledge base of the courts, health plans, clinics, flex-care companies, and oversight offices around serious mental illness and guardianship in Arizona. Listing them is not the point. The case is supposed to know which court and plan you are in, bring those actors forward, and explain what each one actually does.

In the works. The page opens that conversation from the county and ward already on the case. Offices light up on the chart as they come up. The coverage list under the conversation is the set of situations a playbook can run.

What you are looking at

A map, a chart, and a directory of offices that show up in this work: the probate court, AHCCCS, the regional plan (Mercy Care in central Arizona, Arizona Complete Health in the north and south), example clinics and flex-care providers, and the oversight and advocacy offices around them.

With a case selected, that case’s stack comes forward. The rest of the state stays visible and greyed, so a helper can still see offices that are not this family’s.

What it is trying to accomplish

A phone book of every agency does not help someone in a crisis. The useful version knows the court, the geography, and the plan, then answers “who handles this?” A missed service is a grievance to the plan. Facility safety is a different office. An advocacy group does not investigate. Clinics and flex-care companies are providers under the plan, not a second health plan.

The same knowledge lets the system pick a recipient later — for example the corporation’s registered agent when a preservation letter has to go by certified mail — instead of asking you to guess an address.

Think of it as a search over a known landscape, and eventually a conversation with the system, rather than the blue pages. Phone numbers and registered agents still change; confirm them on the agency’s own site before you rely on them.

If what you see on the screen does not match this, that is useful to know. Send feedback.
