DEMO / PROTOTYPE

The Guardian Assist software is not a court-adopted system and is not legally authoritative. For demonstration and feedback only — do not rely on it for filings, verification, or care decisions.

These doors let you walk the product as a guardian, a clerk, a hospital or officer, a provider, or an interested party. The point is to feel each job the system is trying to take on, not to create a real account.

In the works. Clerks and agencies will eventually sign in through their own organizations. These doors are so you can try each job before that exists.

What you are looking at

Guardian Assist has several kinds of people in one case: the family, the clerk who confirms Letters, the person at a hospital or school who needs to check authority, the clinician who owes a report, and relatives who must receive copies.

This page opens a desk for one of those roles so you can try that side of the work.

Roles in the menu opens this page. The arrow beside it lists the desks: Guardian, Clerk / court, Agent, Provider, and Interested party.

What it is trying to accomplish

Most guardianship websites tell one person which form to fill out next. This prototype is trying to run the lifecycle across those roles: prove authority, keep the annual clock, serve the right people, and keep a record the family can see.

If a door drops you somewhere that does not match that job — a provider landing on the family’s upload page, for example — that is a miss.

If what you see on the screen does not match this, that is useful to know. Send feedback.
