Every time someone checks this guardianship — a hospital, an officer, a school — the case records when, who, why, and how much was shown. That history is yours, for your own audit and if you ever need to account for a disclosure.
What you are looking at
A log of verification checks against this case: QR, a temporary link, a driver-license match, or a case-number lookup.
What it is trying to accomplish
Proving authority is only half of it. The guardian should be able to see that it happened. The same log supports a grievance or an accounting of who was told what.
A check that reveals the file with no purpose, or that never appears here, misses the point. The agent states why they are looking. The result is a scoped snapshot, not a dump of the orders.
