A clinician’s only job here is to acknowledge the request and return the report by the date the case already calculated. Guardians should not be chasing that, and providers should not be dropped into the family’s Letters upload.

What it is trying to accomplish
Annual reports and mental-health renewals stall when the clinical piece is late. The product asks early — preferably sixty days before the guardian must file, and no later than thirty — and tells the provider which credential is required.
Acknowledgement is logged. The guardian reviews what comes back before it is attached to a filing. If this desk feels like the guardian’s document vault, it has the wrong job.
