Prove authority

Welcome messages

After Letters are verified, the offices that need to know — a school, a bank, a clinic — can get one notice from the case, with a link that shows only the authority you choose to share.

In the works. You can draft the notice and limit what a link would show. It is not delivered to a real school, bank, or clinic.

What you are looking at

Templated notices you can send once the registry treats the Letters as authenticated, plus a record of what was sent.

What it is trying to accomplish

Appointment does not announce itself. The first weeks are full of “please send the Letters again.” A notice from the verified record is meant to do that once, and to let you limit what the link reveals — school enrollment does not need the mental-health detail.

Delivery belongs on the case, not only in a sent-mail folder you will not find later.

If what you see on the screen does not match this, that is useful to know. Send feedback.
