Interested parties for statutory notice. Used automatically when filings go out — see Court filings for who was notified on each package. How you want to be reached is under Communication preferences. Statewide offices live in the AZ agency landscape; sample and involved orgs (AHCCCS, Maricopa Probate, Mercy Care, clinics) also appear in this address book when they sit on the case.

Like eFile's interested-party picker — except the case already knows who needs each filing. Inbound email can enrich contacts from signatures and OOO / covering replies; every field change keeps the old value in history (who, why, source).
